Patient Prep Packs is a service by Orbi Labs. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@orbilabs.io.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you send a handout or ask for your estimate.
- The handout you send, as a file or a link.
- Your calculator figures, if you choose to include them: procedure numbers, costs and the assumptions you entered.
- Where you came from: the page you were on, the site that linked to it, any campaign tags in the link, and your country (from your connection, not your exact location).
The calculator runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us unless you press a button to send it.
We don't want patient information
We only need your clinic's instructions. Please remove any patient details before sending a handout. If we receive patient information by mistake, we delete it and let you know.
Why we use it
- To send your review or estimate, and to follow up about it.
- To understand which of our materials are useful, so we can improve them.
Every email we send has a way to opt out, and we stop when you ask.
Where it's kept and who sees it
Your details and files are stored with Cloudflare, which runs this website, and may be held outside Australia. Emails are sent through Cloudflare's email service. Only the Orbi Labs team can see what you send. We don't sell or share your information, and we treat every handout as confidential.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your handout and calculator figures within 12 months. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@orbilabs.io. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
The example planner
The Tidewell example planner on this site doesn't store anything about you. Times you enter stay in the page's address and on your own device.
